Residence and Work Permit to Denmark

The steps to applying for a residence permit to Denmark are as follows:  

1. Before making an appointment with the Embassy to hand in the application, foreign nationals should go to newtodenmark.dk, create a case order ID and make the payment.  
2. Transfer the case order ID to the application to be handed in at the Embassy and make a copy of the receipt for your payment of the fee.
3. Book an appointment to go to the Embassy by e-mail.  
4. At the time of appointment, bring in application and documents (copies as well as originals) and pay the fee (in cash) for case handling at the Embassy.
