About us
Welcome to
the website of the Royal Danish Embassy in Singapore. The embassy handles
a variety of tasks. Most visible is perhaps visa and residence cases. Every
year we handle 3400 visa and residence permit cases, and about 500 Danes
visit us annually to have their passports renewed or extended.
Besides the department for consular services (visas, passports, driving
licences, assistance to Danes etc.), the embassy has a department
under the Trade Council of Denmark focusing primarily on export promotion and
assistance to Danish companies and organizations working in Singapore.
We try to be visible in everything related to Danish initiatives in Singapore,
whether it is in connection with companies and institutions, trade shows and
conferences, cultural events or visits from Denmark. In co-operating with
Danish associations in Singapore we seek to stay connected with the Danish
citizens living in Singapore and we are always interested in hearing about new
initiatives, so we can inform the Danes living here.
